standardized the Playing Rules of
Indoor Soccer for all indoor
soccer activities in Ontario including facilities built specifically for
that purpose as well as other community facilities used for other programs.

here. New circulars from FIFA: FIFA has recently issued two new circulars clarifying the laws of the game. Please review FIFA Circular no. 863 - Players wearing non-compulsory equipment, and FIFA Circular no. 874 - Law 11 Offside.
